Dear Jeff:

Would you please post this message on my behalf on the SI Site:

Under normal circumstances, I do not involve NorAm or myself in the day to day controversies that take place on the stock sites, such as SI. Occasionally, I drop by to read the posts, primarily, to get a feel for the pulse of the investor and to try and look at things from as many perspectives as possible. Most of the time, I find the board scattered with good healthy opinions, given by people who are genuinely interested in their own investments, and attempting to give some assistance to others who may be looking for answers, in order to make a decision based on fact and research, rather than feeling.

Yesterday however, I found a situation that compels me to make a statement. I am very proud to say that Jeff Jallo (MrBigAir) is a part of NorAm Gaming. He is a long time shareholder, a loyal supporter and I consider him to be a personal friend.

In my opinion, he is also a very serious investor who has not only done his own personal DD over the last seven or eight months regarding this company, but he is one of many that has made it known that he will do whatever he can to assist NorAm in reaching it's goals. Jeff is a shareholder who found out all he could about the company he invested in, and fell in love with it. I can't find fault with that thinking. It's what drives me to put in the time I do for this company.

As a young and developing company, we find ourselves in the position of having great projects and dedicated people. Our lack of public funding, however, has made it necessary for us to draw on unconventional resources to accomplish our goals.

We are greatful for shareholders like "OMRE", who did the great financial spread sheet that spells out the Venezuelan lottery projections. We are also greatful for "Dave Tucker", who set up an unbelievable FAQ site for everyone to take advantage of. Another shareholder, "Manny", helped us put our outstanding new WebSite together. These are just a few of the many people who not only invested their money , but were willing to invest their time and skills in trying to "make it happen" for NorAm. I feel very confident that Jeff Jallo had a great deal to do with getting some of those shareholders involved and comfortable with their decision to help.

I will be the first to admit that, in my opinion, Jeff has occasionally said some things that should not have been said in the manner they were. Sometimes he made predictions that were based on his "feeling" rather than "fact" in the begining. I have also been amazed at the number of times he "guessed right". I suppose that he has also been guilty of attempting to explain some technical things, such as the "Auto Caller", when he was in the learning stages himself. But all of this, I'm sure, was the product of enthusiasm and dedication, and not an attempt to provide "insider" information or mislead anyone.

Pure and simple, Jeff is a young man who definately has a zest and enthusiasm, not just for life, but for everything he believes in. By nature, Jeff is the type of person who wants you to experience the same great things that he is all excited about, and he can't understand why everyone dosen't beat the drum as loudly as he does. But, please make no mistake about Jeff Jallo; he is not a "promoter" in the sinister sense that some would portray him. His enthusiasm comes directly from the heart. He reminds me of someone I know very well.

Jeff exemplifies the kind of company NorAm is at it's core -- straight forward and honest.

We all have our peculiar ways of doing what we do, and not everyone agrees with our methods. I personally think that the shareholder who found it necessary to call the company next door to our partner, Sharp Image Gaming in California, to verify that they actually existed, stepped over the boundry of good taste. I certainly would not have done it that way, but even though I disagree with their methods, I still respect their right as a shareholder to do their DD as they see fit.

Finally, I would like to assure every shareholder and potential shareholder that NorAm has always, and will continue, to provide honest and accurate information to the public sector. We will try, as we have in the past, to accomodate all of our shareholders, in making their investment in NorAm a positive experience.

My sincere best wishes for a prosperous and healthy 1998 to each of you and your families.

Sincerely,

George C. Zilba, CEO,
NorAm Gaming and Entertainment, Co.

George asked me to post this. For you guys

PS in no way is this a rebutal to your last post George eberting , it just got here so i am posting it now

Over the last few months i have experienced many new personalties and many new opinons. As new investors come and show intrest it does seem to blow up at times . I am used to it after several times . We all wont always agree , my methods have changed drasticaly i know compared to August( at least i lost the CAPS)and i proff once in awhile. The main thing i want to say is,We can all work to acheive a common goal and that is to research and support the company and our investment. After you have done your research and you feel comfortable , tell somone, this is how the word will get around for a development stage company. PR firms have been expensive and caused dilution and all to no avail. Some people have asked why the stock trades at this level , and my answer as boring as it may be is that . When the signs of life ( revenue ) show their face , so will WallStreet. The main reason i wanted to re- locate this thread under Casino's/Gaming was to get the stock away from the so-called ( i hate to even say the word) hype , and hopefully attract some better and stronger investors, and not your day trader or short player . The best thing i have seen about moving this thread is that all the new investors are aware that this is a growth stock a long term play and much much more aware then any of us oldtimers were when we started to invest . THIS will pay off for all of us new and old . I would just like to say if you are a new investor please ask your questions without judgement and someone will answer them , i can assure you.And most of all dont rely on MRBIGAIR i am simply a pointer to help answer your questions or send you in the proper direction . Rely on your DD and your gut. I am

A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL

See you next year
