The preamble says we will willingly discuss CUU fully when something new happens. so far nothing new has been reported other than the bungle at CXM.

First violation was this remark. " Boy you two really make me laugh, I talk about CF and right away you come out to take shots. I'm still waiting for the consolidation you have been talking about for years coming and a share price sub .05. That is antagonistic and if left to fester would turn this into a S/H forum
Nobody even mentioned FC or directed their post toward that poster.

CUU has been pumped all the way down from the top at the expense of many who fell for the Bull. Lemmings reside across the river at AG Where Vette took them when I called him on his lies about the 4 year clause, Which no one has ever produced. Nor has it been invoked.
If there actually was such a document hidden away somewhere. I suggest would be a case where I believe investors have been drastically short changed. In my opinion, till I see it. There never was one.

The posters here so far have used some very cordial and level headed thinking in their submissions. Actually taking time to at least do a bit of research to support their point of view. I like that.
On the other hand FC flaunts only CUU like waving a flag to distract attention from the contributions others make. I gave two warnings not to do that to no avail.

Everyone has the right to post their view on any stock without hindrance. So tripped the hammer. If the rest of the board wants her reinstated then post saying so and I will offer a second chance. Till similar conduct happens again.
