To all:
This really DOES appear to be profit taking for obvious, and already stated reasons. However, peaking at 27 today, I believe that there is a good chance the shorts increased their positions. With an already high market cap, and an unlrealistic p/e ratio, there is a considerable downside risk. I would not be at all surprised to see it right back down to the 10-15 range in another couple weeks. It has already been stated that there could be further earnings downgrades, although the long term pros[ects of the company are strong. This could shake some people out that bought in the teens and still want to get out with a profit. Also, any further gains are likely to be countered by people who bought at 35 (the second offering) and want to get out without much loss. However, after we clear this 3rd quarter, it would be a good time to buy. I believe that the time to buy would be near the time of the earnings announcement. We already know they are going to be weak, but once we clear this hurtle, there should be many positive outlooks on the 4th quarter and fiscal earnings. I think that this is not a good time to be in IOMG, but would moniter it closely to buy once it enters the low to mid teens.
