They get economy of scale the bigger they get? Cap rates and discounted rate of return pegged off the ten year treasury. Obviously if the ten year goes back to the norm pre ZIRP and QE looking at a massive readjustment of prices.. These very high rents not sure if sustainable given how stretched the tenant pool is and the amount of new construction in the sector.. This so called recovery long in the tooth as well.. Probably party on at least a few more years in any case before this stock gets back to $50?
