I think the fundamentals are exceedingly positive but the selling and the lawsuit risk are my reasons for it flundering. I have survived with +$, and would like to jump back in 3 seconds before the favorable verdict. Wonder when it is? Someone with a vested interest should keep close tabs on this with the company. I still doubt that statement about no monitary damages even though it was in the press release. Before I jump in I would clear that with the CFO. I may call and post info here, but do not count on it since I am fully invested in other places. good luck,
