Could be. Or maybe they caught and let him go? The cops do that here a lot. Kill someone, 3 years in court, 1 year in prison, back on the street. We recently (a few years ago) had a murder where I live in which the guy they eventually caught had served time TWICE BEFORE for murder. How the hell does that happen? Meanwhile, we have marijuana dealers serving life sentences without parole. Beam. Me. Up.
