**OT** We use to have an office beside a carpet cleaning company that used cold calling to get work. They had 6 people on the phones all day calling, the success rate was 1 in 20. So every 20 calls they would get one customer. So cold calling works, they just have to stick it out. I don't think it will ever go away.
