GMV Minerals (GMV-V) pick from Allan Barry
He shoots…maybe he hits a hat trick
The following day after Eric Coffin and I spoke about GMV Minerals at length ( here is the interview, GMV part starts at 52:15 point) concerning their project the stock took off. I have been waiting ever since for it to cool down somewhat so that I could put out an official report on them.
It was pretty obvious that the audience watching that interview liked what they saw when I had a chance to watch it myself, it became even more clear to me their potential. Following the interview, I had a chance to talk to Ian Klassen, President and CEO of GMV Minerals. I wanted to get a sense of how committed they were to exploration as it looked like they have been mainly focused on advancing the Mexican Hat discovery.
As I mentioned earlier, Mexican Hat is an oxide gold discovery with very good recovery grades and processing characteristics. Basically, it is really easy to recover the gold from the rock in this oxide deposit, it is right at the surface so it would make money right away. The only issue is that it is small and would struggle to be a stand-alone mine.
This is where the exploration comes in, if they can make addition discoveries, then it is game on for the company and its growth prospects. From my conversation with Eric Coffin and Ian Klassen, I get the impression GMV Minerals leadership has seen the light when it comes to exploration.
In looking at their discovery, geological structures, surface sampling, and geophysics, I can clearly see several targets that could lead to exploration success with drilling.
One of the great things about my shows is I get to pick the brains of my guests to find hidden nuggets of wisdom while my audience watches. I ask my guests on because they are very good filters and are out there every day like me, looking for stocks.
Eric Coffin is a great filter for his subscribers and when he is on my show we get to benefit from his searching for good stocks to talk about. An added benefit of guests like Eric is that I can then filter through my guest’s picks to find the ones I like the most and feature them in my report.
GMV Minerals has recently raised funding that is earmarked for exploration so it looks like there is a group of financiers that like the exploration potential as much as I do.
What’s next? I will be looking for additional news on the drilling front. I have also invited the company to become a member of my website sponsorship program but told them I wanted to get this report out first.
