I think we better get used to the barbarians. If apple is going to survive, they will play a big role. Rhapsody runs on intel and rhapsody is apple's only hope to remain a big player (and perhaps any player).

Box makers aren't married to anyone and don't give a damn what OS they put on their box. It's the Comapaqs of the world that offer us our hope for survival. "Rhapsody? Sure, gimme a copy and I'll load it up - anything to sell a box.".

Although they may not be out in force, I am sure some of the intel guys will have Rhapsody loaded and running on at least one demo. I would be shocked if Apple has not ask them to do it. It's no accident they are showing up now for the first time. From now on, there will be a lot of intel machines at Mac expo and that's just what we want. If they stayed away it would be a sure death.
