According to the LA Times/USC poll, more like 15%.

You can't argue with that rationale. The Democrats have done nothing for blacks in this country, and most blacks know that.

I don't know if that LA Times poll was correct as its methodology is often questioned. But the gap up in black and Hispanic voters was oddly timed with the rollout of Trump's new campaign.

I do not assume that these constituencies will monoliths.
