thinking without the model.....one has to ask if i go long here, is the risk tolerable. IMO u are going long for at best a 15-20 pt burst which could happen at any time from current levels. sure i can see that with SPXL or TNA with the appropriate stops. but the elevator is getting filled and a 300 point DOWner is definitely in the cards and u have to be positioned for it. who knows what could ignite it but being net short i think is best here based on internals and calendar. thinking with the model gives a nice juicy short below 2172. think if that goes we could swiftly see 2120/30 range.
