Well, PCNI is also having financial problems in my opinion. I really dont think its going to meet the chairmans expectations and he will eventually (if not already) - try to sell the company.
The chairman has a lot of money and owns quite a few companies. He is an investor, and by my calculations- PCNI has been one helluva a loser this year. I will only own PCNI on a 9:30-4 basis. I worked for one of the chairmans smaller- less succesful 'investments' and sleep alot better in the evening sitting on the sidelines.
When he purchased the company I was working for, he sent a letter to employees that this was not a negative thing, and the company would be more of a family blah blah blah.. well, not 3 weeks later did all the benefits get cut, people let go, vacation time sliced, and brand new computer equipment/furniture worth a fortune were delivered to the executive wing where he would visit once a month. All the good employees left, customer base eroded, new managers each month, new presidents, new CFOs... Very sad.
Anyhow.. PCNI I must admitt is handled rather differently. There is quite a difference between a private company and a public company. It should be real interesting to see how PCNI does this quarter. Im willing to bet that things are not going to well, and apparently the momentum players agree. Id hold off on buying more PCNI until we here some news one way or another. |
