I sort of see what you describe. But why must the peak/valley
pattern repeat? Some TA guys would draw a straight line touching
the last two peaks. AMAT is about to break through that line in
an upward direction. I'm out of my TA depth here, but I think a breakout like that is considered bullish by some. Maybe Kevin can
tell us why he uses 10 and 20 day MAs and what their crossings
mean to him. I also wonder what volume-by-price can be used for?
The largest v-b-p was at 34. Would that make it resistance?
(because all buyers at 34 then break even).
