The General Theory of Relativity suggests that your statement may contain innaccuracies. The SI clock is the SI clock, and though it doesn't agree with certain other clocks that others believe to be the correct clock it does agree with itself. Happy New Year Mr. Jones. The SI clock differed from the widely accepted local (Terran) standard by approximately 60 seconds (+-6 seconds).
