Of course, GWB is the one who made it possible. But I would think with 30M/year they could treat 9 Million over time. I don't doubt that. But it is relatively small compared with the amount of money they appear to be spending on themselves and their buddies.

It doesn't matter, though. If you're going to take money into that foundation in exchange for favors by government, then it needs to be shut down and the corrupt people need to be kept out of government.

If you get the corrupt people out of government there will not be any Democrats left, though.
