No one has alleged proof.

But that is not the standard according to OGE which raises the standard to that of normal ethical requirements, i.e., there may not the "appearance of impropriety." Certainly, there is the appearance of impropriety when fully HALF of the meetings with people outside of governments were compensated by these contributions.

I know you don't know anything about professional ethics. But the appearance of impropriety is functionally the same thing as impropriety. That's how this works. The reason for this is that onlookers like you and me cannot distinguish which it is -- the appearance, or the real thing. That is what ethics is about.

She may or may not have violated the law. Perhaps we'll find about that later on.

As to me lying, you have never seen that and you never will. It is something I do not do. It tends to be more of a liberal thing.
