You really need "Links" to prove that? I thought it was pretty well known. If you've heard from Putin or High Level Russian Officials that they have NO ambitions in border countries then you should contact the State Department or the President himself. It would save them from deploying any defensive missile defense systems and NATO troops. It would save a LOT of money too. CALL TODAY.....I think the switchboards are open 24/7.
