1. At about 6:00 or 6:30 pm, drove thru both parking lots.

2. The existing facility had about 50 or 60 cars real close together - in the lot adjacent to the entrance - with no cars in the back of the building.

3. The 90,000 sq ft monster plant had about 200 or so cars in the lot. There were several tractor trailers backed in to the loading bay; and one had ts lights on. Plus, I could see employees in the cafeteria wearing white outfits and hairnets.

Here's what I think it means:

a. The smaller plant, which should have had 300 cars in it, is obviously not producing new product - as stated in the confer call. There's a Christmas week shutdown to clean the lines.

b. The newer 90,000 sq ft plant is still being readied for approval.

c. If so, I think we're in good shape headed in to '98.
