I did make that consideration. Just my humble opinion. I do not see where making that delivery system approaches that of the Iron Dome project and, given that its just a needle with some ephedrine, I decided to go with the cause and effect result.

Do you have some evidence of Teva's short comings ?

If there is money to be made I am sure a competitor will attempt to breach the barrier to entry and the FDA as well.
