Nothing—that isn't my point at all. Rather, my point is that lots of applications for both branded and generic drugs get rejected by the FDA for various reasons relating to relatively minor deficiencies in the dossier.

Thus, there's no compelling reason to think the FDA's participation in some kind of conspiracy with the Clinton Foundation (or anyone else) was the impetus for rejecting Teva's generic EpiPen, which is the allegation that started this thread.
