The issue was over whether or not the director you spoke of had plans to audit Universal or not.

Any insider selling should be offset by net increases in DHMG positions due to the 144D stock issued to buy out Universal.

The last time you recommended to others that they short DHMG these were your words.

Short DHMG (DH Marketing & Consulting) @ $5.09 An absurd scam; excellent chance of the SEC stopping trading and the stock being worth zero at any time
