I changed my view during Tarp. A trillion bucks Bush redirected by executive order That was terrible. Good old George W reaching his level of incompetence. I'll never forget him standing next to Hank Paulson and declaring that on this issue he will defer to "experts". Experts or just plain wastrels -- that was his responsibility, and no one else's, and he started on a path which very easy for Obama to continue.
