That's something my third ex wife was fond of saying. There are various ways to take it or mean it, I think that at the Clinton/FBI level it's a mutually assured destruction standoff. The Clinton family (Dalton gang) have the goods on somebody important, who has the goods on Comey and Lynch, one way or another, and on and on.

I read somewhere that power corrupts. It's in plain view these days.
