Vickers Insider Trading Data:

According to Vickers, which it says "data is updated monthly," in the "previous month" (November or October?), "direct insiders" purchased 40,000 shares and, in the last 6 months, purchased 41,160. Conversely, in the "previous month" direct insiders sold 7,000 shares and, in the last 6 months, sold 115,000. Wasn't a 40,000 share buy reported some time ago? If anyone knows when it actually occurred, it will help pinpoint how fresh this Vickers information is.

The report does not define a "direct insider" (an SEC term of art?). FWIW, the report lists the "Top Ten Direct Insider Holders" as: Idanta Partners (11,979,356 shares); Anton Radman (648,535); Kim Edwards (496,695); John Thompson (397,840); David Dunn (83,987); Edward Briscoe (54,000); John Nolan (50,000); Leon Staciokas (39,174); Anthony Craig (33,750); Len Purkis (19,500).

The report says it derives its information from SEC filings.

I didn't copy the URL as I am not sure what my copywrite liabilities would be (because of brokerage package), but Schwab account holders and those with access to Quote.com can get the raw information.

Hope this is helpful....

Happy New Year to all here!
