Luis,
I was thinking much the same. I will be very interested to see what additional information comes out over the next few days. There have been positive signs re LDAKA recently. Katz added to his position recently. The NDA has been submitted. When the NDA was submitted it was stated healing times were slightly over 4 days compared to 8 days for no treatment. However you slice it that it is good and better than the 5 days we previously anticipated. Yes they did not show the comparison to healing times yet and that is worrisome but as John Zwiener posted there is reason to believe that there was an improvement compared to the placebo. So if the reason BMY backed out is because of the placebo then this could mean they botched the placebo again. But then the Lidak announcement said the BMY cancellation was not related to therapeutic reasons so I don't think they botched the placebo again.

My suspicion, and this is my own idle speculation, is that there may be some sort of conflict of interest.

I am not making any sudden moves either. As a matter of fact, at the moment I have absolutely no intention of selling. I paid for my ticket and I want to see the last act of this opera. LDAKA probably gets kicked in the pants tomorrow. I will look for an opportunity to buy cheap shares. Call me stubborn but it has worked for me in the past. 97 was a pretty good year for me but I was mostly in real estate...

Good luck and keep your fingers crossed. I look forward to hearing what you dig up.

Henry
