The stock price started to fall just before the announcement of the 1 for 10 consolidation and new issue of up to 50 million shares. This coincided or prompted the lawsuit and an acceleration of the drop in price. But let us not forget that investors have been expecting the product to be commercial by sept. as per the various releases in 1997 and as of now we haven't heard anything that suggests potential sales. Distributors and 3 beta sites do not match sales. Is it not possible to proceed until the case is settled???
