Steve, thanks for the info on ETEC. My reasoning was very simple:

1. ETEC is full valued at $46 relative to its financials and I think its growth prospects are limited.

2. After observing Jack King in action at Zitel "the contract is on the desk", I did not consider his involvement in ETEC as a positive.
