You are right that the market did not react well to the proposed consolidation. However the market environment was already bad as a result of the VCC and the inventor hitting every bid in sight. I think we cannot pin-point ONE reason why the stock is down. It is as a result of several factors. And the management performance in 97 was NOT a factor. They delivered. They kept Xinex going through tough times. It is unquestionable however that the VCC with its lawsuit has caused important SHORT TERM damage. I guess the VCC administrators are not very stock market sophisticated. Certainly not as much as Helix. By the way Ruby, the product was delivered in september as promised. The company is currently going the initial marketing phase as promised. Dettmer where are you? Taking an extended holiday? Happy New Year to you and your team Mr. Leahy, you are doing a great job. But please, give us an update on the fundamentals.
