Sure... but things are so bad for them now, it doesn't matter if it gets even worse -- nobody in their right mind would ever "invest" any money in Petrobras except maybe the gov't., and even so, they instill fear, dread and despair, not confidence or any track record in the last 10-15 that they, as a whole, will ever do anything of benefit to any outsider with money in the pot... and it's too bad... there are a lot of talented people in the ranks, the engineers and techs, etc. who actually figured out how to do pre-salt (with some outside consulting help, but they knew enough to get it)... recovering anything from the Santos Basin is a real tech achievement and there's a lot of oil there... too bad it is so badly mis-managed... I hate to see quality resources (and the tech to produce them) go to waste.
