I don't think so...

I think it was the Republicans that pushed to LOOSEN the regulations on Banking.

I seem to remember Bush Jr. giving a speech where he seemed to suggest that everybody should be able to buy a House.

Most of this "bundling of mortgages" crap happened DURING the Bush Administration.

Bush was in office for SEVEN YEARS before all this stuff came crashing down.

If this had been a Democrat in office during those SEVEN years I don't think you would be very kind to them.
