"We did discuss the wall," he told the press. "We didn't discuss payment of the wall. That'll be for a later date." But then, Peña Nieto tweeted out that he "made clear" to Trump that Mexico would not be paying for the wall.

This is now being spun as "Nieto said 'no', Trump said nothing, therefore there was no discussion".
