I was in Bentonville a few years ago, during a period when I used to do a lot of week long hospital assignments. I think that airport will not stay empty for long - the entire region is growing like crazy. I think, in time all those adjacent towns will unite and make a new major metropolitan area. It is so already, in fact. Nice climate, beautiful nature, economic growth... All seems to be going rather well in those parts.
