4 1/8 actually, but shorts have to be above 5. Datek is just slow to remove a stock from non marginable status. CIEN was still listed as non marginable when it was 6 months after the IPO, with the stock trading in the 50s. I emailed them, and called them, the only reply I got was "We get our info from the FED". I called Waterhouse and they verified it was on the list of marginable stocks. Datek lost most of my business because of that idiocy.
