Jeff, unfortunately I feel ASND is woefully far behind in xDSL deployment contracts with RBOCs. The JPC has gone with Alcatel for DMT solutions for ADSL, Bell Atlantic (consumer rollout) and probably GTE ILEC is going with Westell. Bell Canada is going with an Alcatel solution and a little Westell thrown in. Sure, ASND has made some inroads with UUnet on IDSL and SDSL, but no contracts with the large telcos for xDSL deployments. Where are they going to get contracts from?
