To be clear about CCB attending the Sept Nuke meeting:

CCB was invited - they didn't ask.

So they decided to attend.

CCB graphite was selected previously as the standard material for nuke criteria, and this is the result. It wasn't about whether it was good enough - it was selected as the standard - that is clearly stated in the news release and subsequent info. My understanding is the exact wording and final details have to be unanimously agreed upon and then double and triple checked.

CCB may have something interesting to report after... I dunno - these nuke guys seem to go at their own schedule. Its almost like this nuke stuff is dangerous or something.
"Canada Carbon is pleased to announce that it has been invited to attend the 17th International Nuclear Graphite Specialists’ Meeting, which is to be held September 5th – 8th,"
