Interesting ... so what I would like to know is this, if one took a newly born negroid baby (negroid being ---- > thefreedictionary.com ) and a newly born caucasian baby (caucasian being ----> en.wikipedia.org ) and placed each into the same Caucasian Family structure and Caucasian societal structure, such that the each grew up receiving the same level and type of education and general upbringing, right through until University Entrance level, would it DEFINITELY and MOST GENERALLY CERTAINLY be the case that the negroid youngster would always not achieve to the same extent as the caucasian youngster ?
