Patrick: If you had read more than just my post on that thread, you would realize that this was a contest entry, not a recommendation. The contest, run by an SI member, with no prizes other than bragging rights, involved picking exactly five positions and holding them through the end of January. DHMG was one of my shorts, the other short having a market cap of about $2 billion, contrary to your assertion in a previous post that I am only interested in very small companies. I also entered three longs. So what?

I'm not sure what you mean about insider selling being offset by 144D stock issued to buy out Universal. I expect very heavy insider selling over the next several months, assuming that the SEC doesn't halt trading and charge the company with fraud first. If that selling is offset by anything, it might be buying promoted by sleazeball boiler room shops, who have--how shall I say this?--motives other than the best welfare of their clients at heart.
