As far as Westell is concerned, they are currently sitting on a market cap of only $192.7 million. I feel that they would be a great acquisition for someone trying to gain a presence in the ADSL arena. It is worth noting that Westell has already worked out licensing agreements with TI through their purchase of Amati Communications. Obviously, since Westell is pretty much a held company since one family owns the majority of the stock it might cost a healthy premium.
