Joe you are both right and wrong...the potential sale of these securities is based on the registrant's meeting certain stock timing and price requirements. The investor's, Brenda Greer, included at the time were able to buy stock and warrants below market prices. In return the company received much needed financing. I believe that the company will at some point have to raise more funds in this fashion. I also believe that someday investor's like Brenda will sell their shares...Not yet and no time real soon...but someday, and when they do they have just as much right to sell as you and I do. But because of their high percentage ownership in the company these investors must register with a 144 filing to even consider selling in the future. How would you like to have to do that?

I would like it too!

I wouldn't like people questioning my right to sell shares when or if I want to but I would love to have so many shares that they might...

So anyway please reread my previous post on this subject. Take Brenda's word on her stock ownership. Her faith in the company goes way back and remains as strong as ever. But lets be realistic shall we? All investor's should have the right to sell stock when and if they deem it to be the right decision for whatever reason.

Are you going to announce your intention to sell your shares in the future? Or your potential intention to sell your shares? Of course not...You and I will just do it and then we might be nice enough to tell our friends here what we did...

By the way Joe did you ever get an answer on the patent situation by calling the company?

Please let us know what you found out...

Regards, Jeff
