Joe,

You are quite the character aren't you?? I especially enjoyed the article on thestreet.com about you. Was it based on reality??

But if GRNO was such a scam, why were you seeking the Japan/Korea distribution rights for their technology?? Why were you proclaiming yourself an insider after you submitted an application to become a limited partner?? And because of this claim, you had your application refused. You didn't think it was a scam then. Why now?? I think the stock looks mighty attractive given that the SEC continues to ensure they maintain compliance of their financials.

And Joe, while you may have really come across a company which has great potential, TPRO, it doesn't excuse your Sour Grapes attitude towards GRNO. You were constantly telling your little group of followers when to buy and sell GRNO, which I never did and constantly chastised you for. And for you to tell the 75+ shareholders who attended the GRNO's shareholder's meeting that the company was a scam is being slightly presumptuous, don't you think?? After all, most of them had only known each other through the internet. And so far as I know, you only rode on the coattails of all of the rest of us doing the real research and diligence.

We all know that GRNO has had a tough year. But we also know why. We know that Environmental regulators have been less than gracious and expeditious in assisting the company even though they easily meet the harshest air quality restrictions known. We know that potential clients/customers have held back due to the investigation so as not to "taint" their companies. This may be quickly changing now as the process reaches commercial viability.

And we know that the company has agreed to settle with the SEC without incurring punitive fines. That doesn't sound like a scam to me. We also know that the company's former legal counsel failed to fulfill his fiduciary responsibilities in maintaining administrative compliance with securities regulators. That is why he resigned from his law firm in September. Big difference between being a scam and the lawyers not doing what they paid to do. But don't believe me, you know the number to the company. Do your own diligence.

I have admired the amount of diligence you and others have shown with regard to TPRO. Why don't we reserve this thread for TPRO and not for obfuscating your positions on previous investments??

Best of luck to one and all in 1998. Let's hope the Big Caps loss is our gain as they struggle to come to grips with this two digit "inconvenience".

Regards,

Ron
