So having an ID office more than 10 miles from someone's residence make it inaccessible? And racist?
Are we supposed to have ID offices every 2 miles so anyone would be able to walk?

The fact is that ANYONE who would want to get an ID can get it if he/she puts at least some effort. It is free for poor. The only thing is to get to the office once. Is this some kind of impossible task?
What you are saying is that blacks somehow less capable to make such an effort. That is racist.
