Hi Joe,

volume on that day was very light . . . compare it with the volume on the days during the last week of July . . buyers were swarming in then . . if they were selling on 8/15 you'd see it in the volume . .

in addition the news that day that was responsible for the gap up wasn't important . .

from the perspective of whether that might have been a good place to sell some shares I'd say it surely was . . stock was up over 100% in two months . . why not sell some . .

shares could be repurchased here at a 10% discount if you did sell any or you could move onto another one . . nothing wrong with taking down 50% to 100% gains . .

my thoughts for what they are worth . .
