Thanks, I'll have to check that stuff out, especially the Brooksley Born Affair.

I agree though that it was the "regulators" that should have seen this coming and done something about it.

What's seems ironic is that young people DON'T seem to want to own their own homes now as much as they used to.

That's why apartment rental costs have gone through the roof.
