Sonki, My knowledge of the Roth is very limited, and there may be something that I don't know or am missing. It seems to me, even considering the four years allowed to pay the taxes, that you would be in a much lower tax bracket if you waited until after you were no longer working to pay taxes on money withdrawn vs having to pay taxes in prime working years when ones tax bracket is so high.

It seems to me the best way to use it would be to just start investing fresh money in it now vs. rolling over other IRA money. Please comment on this.
