Dave, I really do not think that even at 1/32 it is worth getting into this one. You may not have a chance to sell it and if it ends up in the pink sheets, the MM will have you for lunch. Last, it surely will have to undergo a massive reverse split and after such a split, the stock could drop even further. All these comments are without knowing anything about the viability of their business. It does not seems to me to be particularly viable and the games with thease will accrue to the limited "partnership" and probably not the CAFE's common stock holders. I really cannot see a good reason to play with it, it will fade into absolute oblivion. Rubin will be lucky if he can recover his investment (but he is probably smart enough to have recovered it through the shorting of the stock against the block). Zeev Zeev
