The name of Bolero was changed to Canada Carbon and the resource focus was changed from Rare Earth Elements to Graphite. The share price rose from a few pennies to $3.00 and then fell back to a few cents after management found and touted high REE grades but they couldn't prove up a resource in financially viable quantities. Doesn't that scenario sound famliar? ROTFL Management did a share consolidation and a PP after the name and symbol change. The company didn't change: It kept the same offices. It kept the same management. It's still the same company with a different product. Conclusion: The same old hag with a different dress, a new wig and makeup applied with a trowel but they can never fool experienced retail investors.
