Hi,

I've discovered that my Windows 10 system has the Windows Update Delivery Optimization turned off, and that I cannot turn it on. Windows says that "Some settings are managed by your organization", but I have no organization, this is a private PC in my home, running Windows 10 Home. A screenshot is appended below.

Googling, I see that this is a problem others have had, but the solution seems to be to use a program called gpedit.msc, but that program is not available in Windows 10 Home.

Anyone know how to make this go away? Last year when Windows 10 first came out, there was a program being offered on the internet that helped users turn off all the privacy-invading features of Win10. It was discussed here, and I downloaded and used it. I'm thinking it may be the cause of this problem, but I no longer remember what the program was called.
