Hi Shalom, Hope your having a great New Years day. On the scriture you posted I don't see the relevance to the issue.
<<Jude 1:4 4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.>>
Here the issue is among the saved Church and has nothing to do with the Old Testament religious leaders.
<<Luke 12:1 1 In the mean time, when there were gathered together an innumerable multitude of people, insomuch that they trode one upon another, he began to say unto his disciples first of all, Beware ye of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.>>
Jesus said they were hypocrites but said nothing about their genealogy. There is just no scripture that supports the idea that some of the Priests, or Pharisees or Sadducess were not Israelites. I know you said "some". The point about word studies I was making was that if not handled carefully a word study can be a source of false teaching and we all should be careful with it.
Have a good one,
