Pugs, I believe that I stated that since I hold no position in this stock and would not plan to until the company gets its crp together, it would be a waste of time and money* for me to become engaged in making dozens of long distance phone calls tracking down info on the company. I am happy, however, that others apparently have and you are unable to present evidence to contradict the derogatory information they have presented. Instead you resort to character assasination and innuendo to defend you obviously weak display of diligence. Pugs, the best way to do diligence is to allow the Nays to present their case and then pose these questions to Management. Then you can respond with their answers. We all know there are two sides to every story. RMIL has been reluctant to publically give theirs. Why? And why would anyone give $5 million to a company that is under SEC investigation regarding the substance of its assets?? Sounds like they could just wait for this company to go under and then pick it up for peanuts themselves in the open market?? Without the money the company has no intrinsic value that I can find.
