@bonefish - if you do not have all Vista updates but do have SP2, look at this page: support.microsoft.com basically, need to either get the update via windows update, or supposedly you can get that specific update from: All supported x86-based versions of Windows Vista: microsoft.com OR All supported x64-based versions of Windows Vista microsoft.com
